Mobile County and Baldwin County Real Estate Statistics
We have tabulated the monthly statistics for November 2008. The information for the statistics was gathered from the 2 MLS systems that we belong. We saw a tremendous drop in the number of sales of exisiting homes in both Mobile and Baldwin County.

EADS North America to Expand its Mobile, Alabama Facility
EADS announced today that the company will expand its facility located at the Mobile Regional Airport. The expansion is planned to be completed by the end of 2009. Over the next five years, the employment at this facility is expected to be triple of what it is today.
EADS was partnering with Northrup Grumman to build the aerial refueling tanker at the Brookley Aerospace Center. The contract with the US Air Force has been put on hold. The rebidding process for the tankers is anticipated to begin in early 2009.
